Finalists for New Mexico-Arizona Book Awards 2019–and a friend who won
Tales from La Perla in Biography and Horse in the Kitchen in Fiction-Historical fiction and in Multi-cultural, awards announced online at http://nmbookcoop.com/ and at Tanoan Country Club, Albuquerque on Nov. 9, 2019. Ralph’s books didn’t win, but Notable and Notorious Neighbors, co-authored by BG Burr, Richard Melzer, and John Taylor, received an award in the Reference category. Richard and John gave the award plaque to the Lovely Mrs. Burr at the memorial for BG on Sunday, Nov. 10 at the Tomé Community Center.
